I've been wondering, for the past 33 years...what's the purpose for life? Why are we here? Why do I exist? What is my role and how will I fulfill this role during my time here on Earth? Well, the response to these questions never really came to me until I became a mother. One may say, "this is twisted...she's living for her children?" However, that's not actually it. My journey of motherhood, from conception to birth and then the daily realms of mothering, brings me to who I am, 360 degrees, full circle. It's my rites of passage!!! It helps me to understand my role as Wombman, Caretaker, Lover - The whole person I am...I'm not sure if there's anyone out there who really understands this feeling, but it's real. Through every moment of conceiving, birthing and raising a child, it seems as though I am conceiving, birthing and raising MYSELF. Wow!!! It's amazing!!! Well, this being my first blog, I thought it was only appropriate to outline my reasons for blogging. I've told myself, as long as I am willing to share this process with the rest of the world, I'm one step closer to evolving!!!!! So here I am...the evolution has been televised!!!!! In preparation for my 2nd child, I will share the journey through this blog. Join me, share your stories, join me in this journey towards growth (literally, I'm 7 months pregnant and getting bigger and bigger)
